At 1210, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — because that’s what love looks like in action.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please email us at loveoneanother1210@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange! Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility; we cover shipping on the exchanged item sent back to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at loveoneanother1210@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
